How to skip the sugar this Valentine's Day

Just when I recovered from seeing Christmas treats everywhere, there's Valentine's Day!

I'm not worried about falling off track with my goals, though -- because with a well-stocked pantry, I can make desserts so good, I don't even miss the store-bought stuff.

If you're trying to stay away from refined sugar and white flour, try these healthier V-Day treats (below) instead... all approved by the valentines in my own house. 😉

The Wholesome Yum Valentine’s Day sale starts today! Save 10% on Besti granulated and powdered sweeteners—the staples I always keep on hand for perfectly sweet treats without the sugar—now through 2/14 with code SWEETHEART.

Here’s what I’ll be making this year:

I always keep Besti on hand to make healthy desserts on the fly. If you order this weekend, you’ll have these sweeteners in time for Valentine’s Day!

P.S. Don't forget -- save 10% on Besti granulated and powdered sweeteners with code SWEETHEART. Ends Valentine's Day!

P.P.S. Interested in trying Wholesome Yum Foods? While only available in the U.S. and Canada right now, I want to bring natural sugar-free ingredients to you as soon as I can if you live somewhere else.
