The festive holiday season is officially here, and I’m busy in the kitchen making cozy, flavorful recipes that make this time of year feel extra special. Here are 6 new holiday recipes I published recently! I also pulled together some of my favorite Hanukkah recipes (it starts tonight!) in case you’re celebrating or just looking for something to brighten the season. 💙

6 New Holiday Recipes

The Easiest Fancy-Looking Holiday Salad

This festive salad came together by accident and ended up being one of my favorites. It's sweet, colorful, and has a really unique dressing -- you might be surprised what's in it!

💡TIP: I used my mini food processor to make the dressing. It's the perfect size for small batches like this and makes cleanup so much easier.

A Healthier Twist On My Grandma's Cookies

These are inspired by the rugelach my grandma made, but I turned them into thumbprints. They have the same buttery, jammy flavor with better-for-you ingredients and less fuss.

💡TIP: To keep these cookies sugar-free and soft, you need the right sweetener. I use Besti granulated because it won't crystallize and makes the dough perfectly chewy.

The Holiday Version Of Brussels Sprouts

I took my classic bacon Brussels sprouts and gave them a festive upgrade. They're crispy, a little sweet from an irresistible glaze, and topped with festive toppings.

💡TIP: I use my sugar-free maple syrup to keep it sweet without the sugar, and now you can save even more.👇

Subscribe & Save On Zero Sugar Maple Syrup

I’m so excited to share that my Zero Sugar Maple Syrup -- in a BPA-free plastic bottle -- is now available with Subscribe & Save on Amazon.

The new packaging already made the syrup more affordable ($5 less!) than the glass bottle, and Subscribe & Save gives you an additional 10% off on top of that.

Amazon only allows this when enough people buy and review positively, so truly, THANK YOU for making this possible!

The Coziest Lamb Dinner

This lamb was inspired by a meal I made at a cooking class in Greece, and I'll never forget it. It's tender, flavorful, and easy enough for a cozy weekend or holiday dinner.

💡TIP: You won't need the rack, but you will need a large roasting pan. I tried a 9x13 pan and couldn't make it work. This one fit just right.

This Impressive-Looking Dessert Is Ready In Minutes

I've been on a pomegranate kick lately, and this no-bake dessert has quickly become a favorite. It's chocolatey, fruity, and comes together in just 10 minutes with no refined sugar.

💡TIP: To keep this dessert smooth and creamy, you'll need this powdered sweetener because it dissolves easily. Others will leave a gritty texture or aftertaste, or both.

If You Love Pistachios...

I packed them into every bite, and the flavor is so much richer than regular shortbread. Plus, I added 2 fun seasonal add-ins that go perfectly with pistachios.

💡TIP: I use these pistachios so the flavor doesn't get too salty. Half get chopped for crunch, and the other half gets ground into flour. Just be careful not to over-process or you'll end up with nut butter.

My 7 Favorite Recipes For Hanukkah (Just In Time)

  1. These crispy fritters are a lighter, brighter alternative to classic latkes.
  2. These cucumber appetizers come together in just 15 minutes.
  3. If you’re looking for a Hanukkah main, this golden, juicy whole chicken never lets me down.
  4. This Hanukkah favorite is tender, smoky, and savory, or try boneless leg of lamb for something more elevated.
  5. This roasted veggie side will go with everything on your Hanukkah menu.
  6. Make an easy dinner with my flavorful slow cooker pot roast! It's cozy, simple, and always a hit.
  7. I mentioned them above but I can't have this list without my favorite Hanukkah cookies.

Life Update

Last weekend we did a long weekend road trip to the Florida Keys... finally trying to take advantage of why we moved to Florida, so we could do more fun things and enjoy the warm weather!

There were so many highlights, from swimming with dolphins and meeting a sea lion to snorkeling (even though we got stung by a jellyfish, eek!), eating local key lime pie, and even kayaking with our puppy. Here's a little preview, but I posted more pics on Instagram!

Hope these give you some fresh ideas for the season. Let me know what you're cooking -- I love hearing from you! 💛
