My best high protein breakfast recipes

Last Sunday, I sent out a quick poll asking what kinds of high protein recipes you guys wanted. Most of you said all of them, so I thought breakfast would be the perfect place to start.

These are some of my favorite ways to pack in more protein without getting bored of the same thing every morning. And keep your eyes out on Sunday... desserts are coming next. 😊

NEW RECIPE! My Morning Pick-Me-Up

I used to make bulletproof coffee every morning... but now I’m into this protein coffee. It’s creamy, satisfying, and gives me 28g of protein to start the day strong.

💡TIP: For an extra frothy texture, blend the first step using my new smart touch milk frother!

My Secret to Sweetening Coffee Without Sugar

I use my Wholesome Yum Vanilla Coffee Syrup in my protein coffee ☝️ it's clean, has 0 calories and 0 net carbs, and sweetens just like sugar with a hint of vanilla.

NEW RECIPE! The Pancakes Everyone Was Skeptical About

These high protein pancakes are light and fluffy with a cheesy twist. Even my daughter who usually avoids almond flour came back for seconds, plus I combine it with a new flour I've been into lately.

💡TIP: A thin, flexible spatula makes flipping way easier. I use this one and it slides right under each pancake without breaking them.

The Banana Bread That Disappeared

I made this to use up ripe bananas and didn’t expect much... but my kids and their friends devoured it. It’s super moist, naturally sweetened, and has 9g of protein per slice!

My Favorite Protein Powder

I use this one because it has clean ingredients, is unsweetened, and gives my breads, pancakes, and more the perfect texture.

NEW RECIPE! Savory Muffins My Kids Actually Love

Soft, cheesy, and packed with protein, these turned out nothing like I planned... but my kids wouldn’t let me change a thing.

💡TIP: You can skip the liners if your pan is nonstick, but I like these silicone ones because they’re reusable and the little tabs make it easy to lift the muffins out.

Who Says You Can’t Have Salad for Breakfast?

This started as a way to use up greens and turned into one of my favorite morning meals. It’s fresh, filling, and ready in 15 minutes.

💡TIP: I used a cast iron skillet for this one, but if you want perfectly smooth eggs that slide right out, my new ceramic nonstick pan is a game changer.

The Sweet Breakfast That Keeps Me Full for Hours

These pancakes are soft, fluffy, and packed with 18g of protein. I reach for them when I want something sweet that still fits my goals.

🍁 Sweet Amazon Deal for Your Pancakes

This is the syrup I use on my protein pancakes. It tastes just like the real thing with no sugar, and the glass bottles are on sale on Amazon until tonight. Stock up while you can!

Not Your Average Bowl of Oatmeal

It's warm, creamy, and has 24g of protein per bowl. I used to be an eggs-for-breakfast girl, but this changed my mind.

💡TIP: Use a small blender or triple the recipe so the cottage cheese reaches the blade. I use this twister jar with this blender because it scrapes the sides as it blends.
