Easter menu for your family 🐥

I recently polled many of you in one of my emails asking who you celebrate Easter with (if you celebrate), and the vast majority of you said you celebrate with your immediate family or in a gathering of 2-6 people. So, this small family Easter menu is for you — and loaded with easy, smaller-batch recipes that still feel special.

You can also browse my full Easter collection here, check out my bigger Easter menu here, and see my decor ideas here. And don’t worry — I’ve got boiled egg tips coming your way on Thursday, just in time for decorating (or snacking)!

Ham Steaks

My go-to when I want that sweet, savory holiday flavor without the fuss — they’re ready in 15 minutes, and I swear I could drizzle that buttery maple-Dijon glaze on everything.

💡 TIP: Grab my natural zero sugar maple syrup to make this without sugar!

Roasted Half Chicken

Perfect for a smaller Easter dinner — juicy, flavorful, and just the right amount without the fuss of a whole bird.

💡 TIP: I recommend this baking setup for the crispiest skin.

Parmesan Asparagus

Crispy, cheesy, and so easy — it’s one of my favorite ways to dress up a simple spring veggie.

💡 TIP: This dish goes straight from oven to table — and turns heads every time.

Air Fryer Potatoes

These are always a hit, but if you’re keeping it low carb, try sautéed radishes instead — they taste surprisingly close and cook up just as easy!

💡 TIP: Don't miss the optional ingredient at the end for the best flavor.

Mandarin Orange Salad

Fresh, fruity, and perfect for spring — but if you’re keeping it low carb, my keto broccoli salad is a great swap with all the crunch and flavor, minus the sugar.

💡 TIP: I use and recommend my Wholesome Yum Zero Sugar Orange Honey here for no added sugar and extra orange flavor. So good!

French Onion Dip

Perfect with veggies or tortilla chips — and it’s easy to halve or stash the leftovers for snacking later!

💡 TIP: Serve it in a tray like this to keep your dip and dippers contained -- and looking pretty.

Low Carb Carrot Cake Muffins

These are a lovely gluten-free, sugar-free treat in single-serve portions from my Easy Keto Cookbook — even if you’re not keto! Or, if you prefer a full-sized option, you can make my healthy carrot cake instead.

💡 TIP: I love this muffin tin. Not only is it nonstick without Teflon, the lighter color prevents muffins from over-browning on the bottom.
